Antonio Blue is the Mayor of Dobbins Heights. He was born and raised in Dobbins Heights, NC. He attended Capital Highway, Monroe Avenue, Fair-view Heights, and Hamlet Junior High. He is a graduate of Richmond Senior High School. Blue, attended various colleges and served in the U.S. Army for 24 years. He is currently serving his second term as the mayor and secured $2 million dollars in grants funding for the community.
